USA EB-5 Green Card Opportunity

The US Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the US economy. The program is aimed at high net worth individuals* who are willing to make an investment in the US economy in exchange for Green Cards for themselves, their spouse and children under 21 years of age.
10,000 EB-5 visas are made available each year to applicants from across the world.
South Africans have been largely unaware of the program and its
benefits.
The EB-5 program, which is administrated by the United States
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), requires investors
to make an “at risk” investment of more than $500,000 and to
create at least 10 jobs per investor.
An invested amount of $500,000 is acceptable if it is made into a
Targeted Employment Area or (TEA).
The World Trade Centre San Francisco (WTCSF) has developed an EB-5 product that offers investors a unitized participation in the $3.9 billion New York Bridge project to replace the Tappenzee Bridge across the Hudson River.
The New York Bridge project is a design-build infrastructure project of the New York State Thruway Authority.
The A Grade Infrastructure bond is selected to ensure that it meets the job creation requirements set by USCIS. In addition it is a much lower risk investment solution to investing into an operational commercial business.
