In 2000, Axon Investments (Pty) partnered with the principle owners of GLH Architects , Pierre Lombart, Rodney Grosskopff and Arlene Hunkin, to form Keca Pty Ltd. Keca is a property investment group that develops commercial office real estate in the Gauteng region.
Le Val & La Roche
The development established in 2000 comprised the consolidation of a number of residential properties boardering Jan Smuts Avenue and the Valley Road in Westcliff into two office parks, Le Val and La Roche and five presitigeous residential properties. Today these offices of approximately 4000 square meters are home to inter alia the international music industry giant - Sony BMG, the Southern African representative office of Commerce Bank and the highly creative advertising enterprise DWF Marketing Communications. The company that owns these properties is Keca Pty Limited.
7 Anerley Road Parktown
In 2005 Keca formed a new company, Laetma Properties 16 Pty Limited, together with the new principal owners of GLH Architects, Xavier Huyberechts, Bridget Grosskopff, Louise O Raw and Andrew Wood. Laetma acquired the property of 7 Anerley Road Parktown, the 4000 square meter home to FNB Insurance Brokers.
In 2009 Laetma added PPS Place, an additional 2700 square meters of A-grade office space on the property. This building is occupied by PPS Insurance, GLH Architects and Praxon Property Management.
In 2013 FNB moved back to the centre of Johannesburg and Laetma sectional titled the 6700 square meters of buildings into thirteen sections. In 2014, six sections were acquired and occupied by the Mining Qualification Authority.
Global House
Global House is situated on the corner of Sturdee and Jelico roads in Rosebank. The building comprises approximately 2800 square meters of A-grade office accommodation over four floors. These anchor tenant is Global Micro Solutions Pty Ltd, a prominent South African internet company. The Keca subsidiary company that owns this properties is Westferry Pty Limited.
